Domino Workflow on BlackBerry

Hi,
We had a live enviornment in which BES is configured with Lotus Notes and Domino R7. We have managed the email features pushed on Black Berry Device from the Domino server and some basic level of applications created in Lotus Domino taken on to BES by integrating them through MDS studio. These application include data push and pull features from Domino.
The problem is that I want to run a complete workflow in MDS applications and the user using Blackberry device can simple click a button for approval/denyl on the MDS Application form to submit the approval of a single lotus notes application document.
Can any body please guide what should I have to do for this?? What should be done at development end and is there anything required at server configuration end liks SSO of BES with domino.
Also please guide me some simple quick through guide for creating some intermediate of advance application in MDS.
