Hi,
Can any One please tell me how to create a MenuItem with submenus in it.

Lets say for Example:-

File
Edit
View ->ToolBars -> Navigation ToolBars
History -> Recently Closed tabs -> Open All In Tabs
Bookmarks

Kindly help me to implement the above specified MenuItem.

I think you would have to write the UI objects yourself, possibly subclassing from Menu, MenuItem and PopupScreen. I think that with the limited screen room it would become very confusing to the user. That is why most applications with nested options seem to use the MainScreen and subordinate MainScreens.
