Default How to make the focus stay in my custom field - 07-23-2008, 06:33 AM

Dear all,
I customize a field extends from class Field, name it as "myfield". And I want to keep the focus in this myfield except for switching it by menu command. But as you know, when I move up or move down the trackwheel, the focus will go to the upper field or to the following field, and myfield lose it. Although I can get notification in method of "onUnfocus" before I lose it, but it's a little late for me, for example, there is no way for me to know the reason of losing focus was caused by trackwheel scroll or by "alt + trackwheel scroll".
Need your help, thanks!
sincerely
Ben

My question has been resolved after I implemented the following method:
protected int moveFocus(int amount, int status, int time)
