Default Home Screen Application Folder

Please Login to Remove!

I have searched the developer forum and not found any information on this. But my apologies if it has already been answered. We are trying to create a home screen folder for our application upon installation that will have the application icon(s) for our product. This would be a similar setup to Documents To Go on OS 4.5+; where a custom Documents To Go folder is created on the home screen [with a custom icon] that contains the application icons for Word To Go, Sheets To Go, etc.

I would greatly appreciate any information anyone is able to provide on how to do this. Thank you in advance.
