Default Send/receive data to blackberry via usb

Hi, I'm hoping to create a module that will allow users to sync data on their blackberry with files on their desktop.

Can anybody point me in the right direction for this?

was thinking that i'd have to create an app for the desktop that would listen for data from the blackberry?

Thanks in advance

Wirelessly posted (Blackberry Curve 4.6.0.62)

What exactly are you trying to sync?

I believe this is possible. You can create a synchronization "Add-in" for the Desktop Manager. Download the JDE and look at the sample program under <programfiles>\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.x.x\samples\desktop. There is also an API document here.
