Default Enable BlackBerry Desktop Manager add-ins

Please Login to Remove!

hi all,

i followed the guidelines in the BlackBerry Desktop Software manual but when i get to the Add-in Module Configuration step i receive an error saying
Quote:
please connect my device
. I obviously have it connected using a usb cable and this is sufficient to add/remove programs from it!

Anybody know why this isnt working?

Thanks in advance
