| USB applications Please Login to Remove! Hi!
I can't seem to be able to compile the USBClient application.
I'm using Visual Studio 2005 v8.***
I've heard it can only be compiled using v 6.**
Before trying to downgrade to v6, I'd like to have some feedbacks about USB applications.
What are the limitations to what you can do via USB?
Can you send anything you want to the BB?
It seems you have to use the destop manager to do so (well so does the sample).
Can you write USB applications without using this .exe?
Our ultimate goal is to upload on the blackberry a huge database on the handheld. We thought about sending it via the USB cable instead of OTA with webservices.
Could this be done?
Thanks for your replies.
