Default Can we access Outbound SMS ?

Is it possible to handle Outbound SMS ?

I would like to capture the SMS and automatically read the content

Or is there atleast a way so that it is possible to go through the Sent SMS messages ?

Does anyone know whether any of these is possible ?

Check the API docs for OutboundMessageListener

Set up a IT Policy on your BES to capture them all.
