Default Google Code OTA Download

I am using Google Code for a blackberry app that I developed. Is there any way to set up an OTA install using google code as the host?

Right now I can only install with DM and it would be so much simpler to be able to install OTA.

Default

not possible if google hasn't setup these MIME types:
- for .cod files, MIME type to application/vnd.rim.cod.
- for .jad files, MIME type to text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor.
- for .jar files, MIME type to application/java-archive.
