Hi,

I'm trying to use RichTextField to display formatted (that is, rich...) text but the documentation says nothing about how the attributes parameter to the constructor or the setText method should be constructed.

The constructor takes a byte[] called attributes which is supposed to contain the formatting and also may take an Object[] called cookies which I don't know anything about.

The documentation for the construcors say that the parameters are described in the class description but there is nothing about it of course.

Also I have not been able to find any example that used RichTextField to display formatted text. For some reason all the examples use it to display pain text... Does anyone know about any documentation for this class?

OK, forget it, after reading the doc for the Nth time I found that I misuderstod it and it is indeed documented, it just knows less than what I need. (The attribute[] is a list of indexes into the Font[] and the cokkies are probably just a way to tie your model to the text.)
