Default A simple question about controlled API

Please Login to Remove!

I have a library which had signed. I wrote a simple appliation which call an API in the signed library. The JDE didn't give any warning in build process. But when I deploy my application to my 8310. Exception thrown:
"Error starting TestLib: Module 'testlib' must be signed with the RIM Code Signing key(RRT)"

My question is if a library used Blackberry's controlled API. Any application which uses this library should be signed?

Thanks in advance!

likely yes, since the application need same capabilities with library and luckily you can use your keys for unlimited application you build
