Default Where is the last dialled number stored??

Hello,

to activate a product we have the client dial an activation number in the phone application.

We prefer this number not to show in the phone log, so we succesfully remove this number from the phone log after activation.

However, when pressing the green/send key, the number still shows up on the screen (as the last number dialled).

Consequently, the last number dialled gets not only stored in the phone log after the call ends, but also in another place on the phone.

Does anybody know where the last dialled number is stored?

Is there a way to completely remove this number from the device's memory; such that it does not appear as the last number dialled when pressing the send key anymore?
