Need some help...

Could someone help to get started in the developing applications for blackberry WORLD.

I have some knowledge in this matter and i would like to program some applications for Blackberry's.

I have encounter with one problem. There is too many things on the Blackberry Site. And my country is not allowed to download from Smartphones, Cell Phones & Smart Phones at Blackberry.com

So if someone with some expertise in this matter could do me a "RAR" with all the applications, documentation and some test codes that may be necesary and upload to Rapidshare I will be more than pleased.
