Default How to avoide reboot when updating an application

Please Login to Remove!

Hey,
I have developed a Java App for my BB. When I initially download the jad to install App it install without any problem. But when I download the app again it ask for reboot "device must be rebooted to complete install". But in my BB I have some other 3rd party app and when I update or download again, it does not ask for reboot.

I want to avoide this reboot thing when I deliver the app to clients. So, how can I do that?

Thanking U,

This is normal when you are REPLACING an application. It does not occur on the initial install because none of the dependencies are currently running.

I would not lose any sleep over this. Folks expect the BB to reboot when they upgrade an application.
