hi,

im currently, developing an application, it randomly crashes. i wanna know ehere i can find the crash logs in the Blackberry unit?

On the unit, go to the home screen.

Hold the <alt> key and type L G L G

This will show you the system event log.

If you can reproduce the problem using in Eclipse (or the JDE), it might be a little easier to figure out.
