Default Notification of Calendar Event Starting

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to listen for an event fired by the OS when a calendar event has started? I'm a Windows developer so I'm used to being able to listen for all kinds of system events...something like this would be one of those events.

Thanks
Greg
