Default Verification Error 2928 - 07-27-2009, 06:30 AM

When I start my application "CubicWords", I get:
"Error starting CubicWords: Module
'CubicWords-2'has
verification error
2928 at offset 1a79"

What may be reason of this error?
This error arises or disappears when I do minor changes in source files.

Thank's
Vitaly
