Default Desktop install goes ok but OTA won't

Please Login to Remove!

This is kinda funny, I just installed my application on my BB 8703e model with OS 4.1 over the desktop manager and it went withouth a problem, but when i tried to install it OTA with the JAD file, it would throw me the 907 Invalid COD: Unnable to import ZIP file

Any idea why does this happens? Quite weird isn't it?
