Lightbulb An idea for my 8330...

O.K. I am not sure this is where to post this, but here go's..

I need a program that will answer txt messages, and let me reply via email. Just so a developer knows what I am trying to ask here is a little scenario.

I have US Cellular with free incoming txt and pics. My daughters have AT&T with free txt. So right now, my daughter will send me a txt message, which is fine because of free incoming. But if I hit reply it will txt her back. Well, that will cost me money. So I have to delete her message and open my email and email her via the email to txt message. (for att it is [email address]) She doesn't have the capabilities to receive email on her phone so I use the above.

Here is a list of preferences.

1) txt message comes in, a pop-up box appears
2) I click on read txt
3) I hit the button (developers choice) and a menu comes up with
a) reply via SMS
b) reply via email
4) I hit reply via email another box appears
a) use contact list
b) enter manually

I think this would be easier, and I am sure with the quality of programmers out there someone can come up with a program that could do what I want and even do more than what I would like...

Any takers?

Does your messages application have a "Forward As" option (I can't remember which OS release this appeared in). You would have to select the address but it would work.
