Exclamation Handling application status icon

Hi,

I would like to know if we can handle application status icon form my application. I want to show a icon on the system status bar that shows battery level, signal strength etc.

Is that possbile to show the application icon on status bar abd is it possible the we can control it programatically fromm yaplication like chaging icons, adding text in the status bar etc.

yes, but you'll have to implement your own status bar and paint your own images that describe the system status values you describe
