Unhappy Midlet Constructor Throwing Exception

Hi all,

I have created on midlet application for Blackberry. The application was working fine till yesterday on BlackBerry 8820.But today I made some changes in application and now application is not starting. It shows "Uncought Exception : thrown in a midlet constructor".

I have tried my backup version too on phone giving same error. while my back up applications were running fine on phone previously.

Can anybody suggest me waht is happening. ANy way to resore alll settings on Blackberry ?

Anybody to help ??

here are few more updates ..

1. I tried using restoring my backup. My phone restored all things as per backup but giving same problem for midlet application

2. I created one sample midlet "helloworld" application as given in Blackberry JDE sample app. This application runs on simulator but gives same error on phone ??

I have resolved the issue .. but for that I need to remove all aplication data from the phone ...

is that the only solution ?
