I have a problem with the scrolling images, i need very smooth scrolling.
I debug my application and got delay in each successive keyDown is 200ms, I am repainting screen after every move.
To reduce this 200ms delay I implemented a thread for repainting the screen with a delay of 40ms.
After all, scrolling is not as smooth as I want, I am moving 4-5 pixel in continuous manner.
Do any one know why scrolling is jerky on blackberry? and how can i improve graphics performance. |
