Default Programming an Instant Messaging Client with Push?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

I'm an existing Blackberry developer, been coding for the BB for about 3 months now and release a solid app.

I want to make an instant messenger client, that puts messages into the Blackberry inbox. How do I do this? Any hints?

Also, what's the best advice for getting the messages? Is there any push technology I can use or should I just poll?
