Default Null Records on RMS

recently, i been encountering a problem in which sometime, after i create the DB using a RMS, some data is not stored and a null is placed instead on the RMS and when trying to acces the record, a InvalidRecordIDException is launched. Well, i though i could easily fixed is I rewrite the data thats missing and fix my DB structure, so, when i use setRecord on any of those null records again the InvalidRecordIDException is launched. Its like the records didn't existed but there they are, a big bunch of unuseable null are messing up my DB structure and are rendering the data and my application useless.

I don't know why this happen, in the year and a half i have been developing this application it never happened this before, and now that i have deployed, its presenting this error and i want the application to be able to fix it by itself. I can't afford to rewrite the whole RMS cuz there's information that it has been inputted by the end user so I want to know if I can store again data on those null records
