HTTPConnection - Reading Response Data

Hello Everyone

How do I read the data returned by the following http url/connection?

HttpConnection conn ;

conn = (HttpConnection) Connector.open("http://tinygeocoder.com/create-api.php?g=43.46310,-80.52070");

The API documentation for HttpConnection has a good example of reading the data.
