Hi,

I have written a simple code which retirves the location (coordinates ) of the device and just display it on a screen. The problem is the code works fine in 8800 simulators but gives a nullpointer exception in 8700 simulator.
I am also installing the app in the 8700 actual device but it doesnot display anything.Does any one know whether the problem is due to the reason that 8700 doesnot have inbuilt GPS??

Any ideas or links will be very helpful

The 8700 has no GPS unless you attach a Bluetooth puck.
