Question Platform Independent Applications

Please Login to Remove!

What is the best way to create a platform independent application that can run both on BB (specifically 8800) and other OS (i.e. Windows Mobile)?

Furthermore, which is the best development kit to use in this case and where can I find a nice tutorial to get me started, since I am new to BB development.

Thanks in advance

You'll probably have to do this server-side as a browser application - the two run-time environments of these devices are vastly different and incompatibile.

How can I do that and what tools are required?

i believe what Doughsg38 is suggesting is that you'd have to make a website that accomodates the mobile browsers you'd like to support. Standard web development tools and some browser sepcifications are what you'll likely need
