Default App to upload pics

Please Login to Remove!

Hey there.
Ive been asked to create an app to upload pictures from the phone to a specific website, something like what the facebook app does, but only for uploading photos. Im new to the whole blackberry app development so I can honestly say I dont have a clue how to do this =D any guidance will be greatly appreciated, if there are any apps out there that can do that and I can just modify it to meet my needs (keeping in mind i dont really know how to do that so I would need help =D!)

thanks in advance!!

Do you have any programming experience at all? Do you have any design experience?

The guidance needed to help you write a photo uploading app that links into a specific website (which means the website would need to allow the app to communicate with it) might be just a wee bit more involved that you anticipate.

yes i do, i know java and visual basic and have made a few (lame) psp games so im not a complete noob...i know its not easy but dont really know where to start since ive never really made an app to would connect to a website through a mobile device though i guessed i would need permission from the website to do so. my friend owns the website so that wont be a problem...

You are defintely asking a non-trivial question here, and it requires much more of an answer than a few sentences or a link.

I would suggest that you start off by downloading the BlackBerry JDE and compiling some of the sample code. You will find snippets of what you need there, like CameraDemo and HTTDemo.

After you raise you general level of confusion, you will be in a position to ask better and more specific questions.
