Default how to ??? midlet permissions????

hi...
someone know how to assing permission to midlet for read/write files ang connect to the Internet???

when i want read/write files appears the dialog "The application ... has attempted to open local content. Would you like to allow this? (Yes/No)".... how i can remove this dialog???

and the other issue is when i want access to the internet for access to a webservice with ksoap2 and appears a dialog asking if the program is allowed to access the internet...

i need assign permission before the app is load to bb and the user dont view this msg....

can someone help me?
