Default Auto-run on startup J2ME

Is there any way to do something like 'auto-run on startup' in Blackberry in a standar J2ME application???

I can register an pushRegistry alarm to start the app if the user exit from it...but if I take off the mobile an put it on again the alarm no have effect...

what can I do?
