Default GlobalEventListener Problem at 9000 Bold

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I still have the problem about GlobalEvent Listener at 9000 BOLD.

( I asked already, but i can't got the correct answer. )
http:/ /w ww.blackberryforums.com/developer-forum/175259-some-problems-using-globaleventlistener-9000-bold.html

The Problem is

"How can I get a notify when Application Installed?"

So I added "GlobalEventListener" to my program. and listen to guid "256826950193107649L".

In the Simulator and device 8700r,
globalevent guid = 256826950193107649L. is occured correctly.
so i can know when a application are installed.
but in the 9000 BOLD, globalevent doesn't occur.
is any body know about it?
so other way to know about installtion?

Thanks.

I'm developing a simple game using Midlet and Canvas class for blackberry phone (the 8300 one).

I want to catch the calling event of the phone in my game, and I use GlobalEventListener with eventOccurred() method.

But it seems that it does not work on phone (worked fine on the emulator), actually, the method eventOccured will nerver be called!

Has anyone meet this problem before? And are there other ways to catch the calling event in an application like this?

Thanks so much.
