Default How to determine a device's carrier

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Folks,
I've seen lots of lists to set the APN for specific carriers, but none that tell me how my code can determine which apn to use.

For example, how can my Blackberry code know whether the device is on Verizon, or T-mobile or ATT so that my code can select the proper apn=xxxxxx ?

Try this:

String name = RadioInfo.getCurrentNetworkName()
