Default Problem with EncodeIamge getImage() function with big size of PNG!

Please Login to Remove!

My code..
Code:
  // ....
  EncodeImage image = EncodedImage.createEncodedImage(buff, 0, buff.length);
  Bitmap bmp = image.getBitmap();
  // ...
Everything is Ok when I've testing on 9500 device .But when I tested on 9000 device and buff.length is a big size (my PNG file is more than 200KB )
The system cann't resolved, so is there any different way to over this problem?
