I setup two email account on my BB bold 9000. One is my company account, another is gmail. Both of them cannot download email attachment. I can choose “open attachment” or “download attachment” for the first time when I got the email. It will say status “downloading”, but it will start the download. The progress bar will always say “0% downloaded”.

And I tried different type of the attached files, doc, xls, pdf, jpg and txt… None of them works. (I had Doc to go installed on device and able to look the office files from the device local folder. So the file type should be supported.)

I contacted my EBS admin; he said he didn’t make any change to it. (It used to work half year ago…) And also he said he didn’t control gmail account.

Any suggestions?
