I tried attaching a file to a message programmatically.
When i try to send it, here are the following results on devices that i have tested.
BB 4.3.0
1. Files with less than 64KB - successful
2. Files with more than 64KB - unsuccessful
2.1 The mail is marked with a RED X in the inbox (which means the message was not sent), but the recipient actually receives the mail, but there is no attachment.
BB 4.5.0
1. Files with less than 64KB - successful
2. Files with more than 64KB - successful
Based on my tests, i would conclude that there IS a limitation on the file size of attachments when added programmatically for devices >4.5.0. But, i found no official document about this information and would just like to get a number of opinions from fellow developers.
Did any of you experience this problem?
