Default 9000 bluetooth problem with Garmin GPS

Please Login to Remove!

I am writing software to connect to the GARMIN gps 10x
I connect ok but then get a radio off exception in my code.

I found out it is actually the phone. The blue light goes out and it is disconnecting to the device.

Question:

there is a blue icon at the top of the screen. Not the normal bluetooth light but a icon looks like a message that has a red x in the top right corner.

Anyone know how to figure out what the error is?

Bluetooth on the 9000 is class 2 v 2.0
Garmin gps 10x is bluetooth class 2 not sure what version. Nowhere in the spec.

If anyone knows that I'd appreciate it.
