Unhappy Eclipse + 8900 device debugging problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I'm trying to debug on a 8900 device. Im using
- eclipse 3.3.2
- java 1.6.0_16
- JDE 4.3.0
- simulator BlackBerry Smartphone Simulators 4.6.1\4.6.1.199 (8900)
- blackberry 8900 device 4.6.1.250

First, I followed this instructions:
(I cant post the link because this is my first post in this forum, sorry)

Once clicking debug button in eclipse, it show a couple of pop ups missing net_rim_cldc + net_rim_os. Then the device shows a blank screen with "Debugger attaching..." on it.

After 5 seconds this screen crashes and you can see device icons.

The debug tab on eclipse shows a list of threads.

I really need to debug on the device, because Im developing an app that uses wifi network connection, and the simulator does not support it (I read that on several forums).
