Is it possible in j2me to remote lock/unlock mobile.

I do not believe so. A BES administrator can set/change the password and lock the device. With appropriate permission an application can prevent the device from locking: Livelink - Redirection

Use this Class: net.rim.device.api.system.ApplicationManager;
wrap the lockSystem(true) method in a function, then use whatever trigger, sms, email, http.
