Default BlackberryContact unique identifier? - 10-27-2009, 05:46 AM

I'm creating an application where users can choose Contacts and add them to lists. BlackerryContact is not a persistent class so I'm trying to determine a unique identifier for contacts that I could store instead. I've looked through the API and can't find any unique PIMItem/Contact identifiers...any suggestions?

Thanks!

From what I can tell, the only way to store contacts is to reimplement the contacts class myself...Does anyone know of another way to do this?

Thanks.
