Hi,
I am trying to Implement a Search Tool like the sample Demo which is included in the Blackberry JDE 4.5 samples.It uses KeywordFilterField API .
With alphabets the search works as expected but with numbers it displays the ones which doesnt have the number in it.For example when I type Keyword 5 in the text box , it shows all the descriptions which has 5 in it, and dislpays some descriptions which doesnt have 5 in it.With some numbers it works fine but some numbers we have this issue.

It doesnt work at all for special characters.For example if we have the description as
(this is an example) testing

If we type the special character ( in the keyword search, nothing shows up.
How do we customize KeywordFilterField to make numbers and special characters work in our search?

Did anyone come across this issue before.Please help.
