Default

int leftSpace =(Graphics.getScreenWidth()-yourmgr. getPreferredWidth())/2;
int topSpace = (Graphics.getScreenHeight()-yourmgr. getPreferredHeight())/2;

1. use yourmgr.setpadding(topSpace,0,0,0,leftspace);
2. use another parent manager and add your manager in this manager and override
sublayout of parent manager.
layoutChild(getField(0), yourmanager.getPreferredWidth(), yourmanager.getPreferredHeight());
setPositionChild(yourmanager, leftSpace , topSpace);
setExtent(maxWidth, f1.getPreferredHeight());
