Default RIM push doubt

Please Login to Remove!

If the device to which i am pushing the message is OFF or out of coverage what happens to the message. Will the message be lost or will MDS queue it and try to push it later after some time.

Does anyone know where the control is? Whether the pushing application needs to make sure the data has been reached properly to the devices or the MDS will do this function?

Thanks

AFAIK the application must keep track of, and handle re-pushing as appropriate. The best technical description of what is happening, along with sample code (although for Perl), is here.
