Default building for a devcie

hey
I want to deploy my app on a device
my app uses secure API and I singed the code file
my app has a JAR reference library and i want to deploy it as well.
some questions:
1- every time I build the project, do i need to sign the code file?
2- when I build the project the jar file is not made into a cod and is not added to the ALX file. then I added in the properties, under build path and then under order and export my JAR file. I hoped that it will take it in the build. is this the way to add a reference library?
3- I build my project with the jar file, and I get error msg: error preverifying a class that uses the Jar file.

how do I fix this problem??

what is the best way to build a project for a device?
Thanks
