Default how to monitor the key event in globe scope?

hi all ,

i want to get the key event in globe scope . from document .there is keyListener interface to get key event from the application which it registered to . is there some way to get the app instance when one come in foreground . then i can register my keyListener on it . pls u give me some advises. thx

An application can only get key events when it is in the foreground.
