Default Get cell informations and field strength with Java

Hello,

how could i get the cell informations from a BlackBerry Curve 8900 in a Java program?
I need all nearby cell-numbers with their field-strength.

With this i would like to program a lokalisation a bit like gps.

See the following in the API docs:

RadioInfo
GPRSInfo
CDMAInfo

AFAIK, there is no way to get all nearby cells, just the one that you are currently registered with.
