Hey Guys,

I have a blackberry curve .. and when i open my browser i see a black arrow that I can control using my trackball to click anywhere on the webpage ...

now i have developed a Java app .. which also has lot of things to click on ... by default i can do this using scrolling the trackball ...

is it possible to show the same arrow in the Java app ...s o that users can use that for clicking ...

Typical navigation on the Blackberry UI moves the focus from one control to the next, based on the movement of the track ball (or other pointing device). It does not paint a cursor.

I guess you *could* paint a cursor by tracking the x,y position of the cursor and overriding paint() in the screen.

Dunno why you would want to, though, unless your UI is not "field" based.
