Question Scrollable list like the Facebook app?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey,
I'm new to this forum (and actually to BB Development ^^).

I'm planning to write a rss reader and want to show the feed in a list like you can find in the mobile Facebook app (means an image and at leat a headline).

How can I implement this best? In a thread I read that I should extend ListField and implement ListFieldCallback.

Sorry wanted to post the URL but I didn't have enough post counts ...

What do you think?

I hope someone can give me a hint about where to start.

Greetz!

I think I found a solution ... I will try the DialogFieldManager.

I don't see how DialogFieldManager is going to help you in this.

I think you have two options:

1. ListField with callback to custom paint the rows

2. Custom field implementation

Yeah I noticed that later, too. ^^

So I think I will go with choice No.1 for now.

Do you mean with Custom Field implementation to implement a customField and insert it to a ListField later?

Thx for your help!

No, I mean a custom list field.

The RIM ListField will probably work for you. I would start there.
