Default Problem with wifi

hi, everyone.

i have some questions:

1. How i know is the bb device have access to wifi? where in the API i can find info about network.

2. i want in my app, that when the user put the trackball over a text, begin to download something.

Example:

Title:
Text.......

if the user put the trackball over "Title" and click, the app begin to download something, it's possible? i dont wanna use ButtonField, i want use a String.

What OS version are you developing for?

If you're using the new OS 5.0, then there is a new API for easily checking (and using) WIFI and other connections.

See the following API:

oops, thanks, now usiong Os 4.7..but now im thinkin about begin to use Os 5.0.
