Default How to determine if ListField is focused

Hi,
I have a listField in a MainScreen
There are several listFields on the page.
I can't figure out how to tell which one has focus to then find the selected index.

ie:
listField1.isFocus() doesn't seem to work.
Is there some property I have to set?

How about using getFieldWithFocus() from the Manager that contains the list fields?
