Lightbulb full duplex VoIP is possible

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all.

It's true. We did it. You too can have a VoIP application made in no time.

First thanks all for your gems of knowledge ! Along with official forums, this forum is my favourite bb fountain of ideas.

OK, here's the meat:

We developed a full duplex *real* VoIP engine and packed it into a neat little
VoIP engine SDK.
Let me stress this out : "It does NOT use GSM at all !"

The VoIP engine is packed as a library app which can be included into your
existing (or newly created) GUI + transport shell, and voila! your VoIP app is
up and running. You'll experience great audio and a small delay conforming to
VoIP standards.

The first release doesn't include RTP and transport but that will soon be a part of the engine.
Not to drag this discussion too long, you can see, hear, find out more about and even test the demo application yourself at fg microtec - Mobile Enterprise Solutions

Happy coding !
